How to Make Raw Banana Cutlet | Kacche Kele ki Tikki Recipe

Kacche kele ki tikki or raw banana cutlet is a low calorie, gluten-free, vegan, diabetic friendly healthy breakfast recipes. Enjoy this high fibre easy to make banana cutlets as snacks or party starters.These nutritious cutlets are made without using potato.
Wash the raw banana and put them in a pressure cooker with water just enough to cover them. Pressure cook for upto 3-4 whistles.2. After steam has escaped, take the banana out and let them cool down. Then peel them off.
How to make patties dough
Mash banana with the help of a potato masher, then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, also all the spices salt, red pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, and garam masala. Mix them well. 2. Now add chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and grated carrots.3. Lastly add cornmeal. First add two tbsp, mix and check the consistency. If consistency is still soft, add 1-2 tbsp more corn meal..4. Mix very well and make a dough. Prepare round shape patties.
How to cook patties
Now heat up an iron griddle or a non stick pan on low flame. Pour 1 tbsp of oil on it. 2. Coat the patties with ground cornflakes and put on the griddle. sprinkle a little oil on it and cook for 2-3minutes, and then turn on the other side. Pour a tiny amount of oil and let them cook for another 2- 3 minutes.3. Patties are ready. Serve them warm with homemade tomato sauce or green chutney or any other dip of your choice.

After pressure cooking does not leave bananas long in the water.
Bananas can be pressure cooked beforehand and keep refrigerated for 1-2 days. When ready, mash them and follow the steps in the recipe.
Bananas should be cool down completely before start mashing.
Mix all the ingredients and make patties out of it immediately otherwise, veggies start leaving water and make them soggy.
To make it onion garlic free just skips them from the recipe.
Coat them with ground cornflakes, if not available then use bread crumbs or fine semolina.
