Seeds & Dry Fruits Ladoo Without Sugar-Step by Step Preparation

1. Dry roast almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, til seeds, khus-khus and flax seeds for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside. Then roast fennel seeds for a minute and keep aside.

2. Leave them for a while to cool down a little bit. Now grind mishri and cardamom, put on the side. Then grind the mixture of all the seeds and nuts to a coarse powder using a grinder. Transfer the powder to a big bowl. Grind dates and fig together into very small pieces and transfer them into the bowl.

3. Then add ghee, cardamom, ginger powder, mishri, and black pepper powder to the mixture in the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well together.

4. Now make round shape balls out of it weighs around 20 gm each. Enjoy these healthy and nutritious ladoos as a dessert or at a snack time.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 gram Almonds
  • 150 gram Pumpkin seeds
  • 150 ml Ghee (or coconut oil for vegan )
  • 100 gram Sunflower seeds
  • 100 gram Watermelon seeds
  • 100 gram Organic til
  • 100 gram Dates
  • 100 gram Fig
  • 50 gram Flax seeds
  • 50 gram Fennel seeds
  • 50 gram Mishri
  • 25 gram Khus-khus
  • 20 gm Cardamom
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds,watermelon seeds, til seeds, and khus-khus and flax seeds for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside
  • Lastly, roast fennel seeds for a minute and keep aside.
