Easy Tart With Leftover Sweets | No Cook No Bake & Eggless

Simple and easy, no-bake tart recipe with a base of cashew butter biscuits filled with hung curd and leftover sweets mixture. This delicious tart recipe requires no cooking and can be made as a quick dessert when needed. It does not require any whipping cream or cream cheese at all.
Grind cashew butter biscuits I a grinder and transfer to a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. It will become like bread crumb consistency.
Take a tart mould and spread the mixture over it. Lightly press it and give it the tart shape. Cover it with a plastic wrap, put a plate on it, and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
Mash the sweets little bit and put them aside till needed.
After two hours, combine hung curd and condensed milk in a bowl and beat them with the help of a hand beater till it becomes smooth.
Add mashed sweets and cardamom powder to it and beat again till it becomes a smooth and thick mixture.
Take out the tart base from the refrigerator and pour the sweet and hung curd mixture over it. Spread it evenly.
Decorate it with pista, dry rose petals and chopped almonds. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for few hours before serving.
After few hours, when you want to serve, take out the leftover sweets tart from refrigerator and cut into pieces and serve chilled. ENJOY!

Notes
1. All the ingredients should be chilled before starting the process.
2. I have used kalakand for this tart recipe. You can also try with mix sweets and other sweets of your choice.
3. You can also add different flavours according to the choice of sweets.
4. Use a loose bottom tart or pie dish for easily removal.
5. For best taste serve it chilled.
